Agfa Palladio 30 - Screen 2055 Violet

For sale is a complete CTP system in excellent condition: AGFA Palladio 30 – which is essentially a Screen 2055Vi with 2 Bacher punches included.

This is a complete system with a gumming unit (note: no developer, as it only applies gum solution), RIP PC with Harlequin v10, and plate stacker.

Digital CtP plate production system. Violet laser, with a maximum plate format of 680 x 830 mm and a minimum plate format of 324 x 370 mm. Maximum imaging area: 633 x 830 mm.
Resolution: up to 3000 dpi. Plate thicknesses: 0.15 mm and 0.30 mm.

Productivity:
Approx. 20 plates per hour at 2400 dpi, or 30 plates per hour at 1200 dpi, when using Azura CTP plates or Fujifilm violet plates. Plates from both manufacturers are still available, with high-quality compatible plates also available from Chinese suppliers.

The unit was used with a Heidelberg SM74 and SM52; appropriate magazines for both formats are included. As mentioned, two Bacher punches are integrated into the machine.

So, this is a turnkey system including photoplotter, wash-out unit/developer, RIP PC with monitor, and plate stacker. The system can be installed and put into operation the same day; the machine is still used daily. The machine will be deinstalled by an Agfa/Screen technician, with all necessary transport locks fitted.
