AL-KO POWER VAC

The devices of the AL-KO POWER VAC series are used wherever powerful suction and a high air flow rate are required. Typical applications include chip extraction at saws in window manufacturing or direct extraction of milling chips from multi-head welding machines.

Functionality:
A vacuum of up to 10,000 Pa enables swift and reliable extraction of chips and dust directly at the point of origin. This ensures smooth production processes and impeccable product quality. The bag filters guarantee a high separation efficiency for both coarse particles and fine dust. Additionally, it is possible to connect a duct system to extract dust from several processing machines simultaneously. The AL-KO POWER VAC units feature the proven AL-KO OPTI JET filter cleaning system and are equipped as standard with a control unit including an integrated frequency converter, allowing the extraction performance to be exactly matched to operational requirements at any time.

Applications:
- Cleaning floors, machinery, and workstations in industrial and artisan workshops
- Extraction of dust from hand-held processing machines during grinding, milling, sawing, and deburring
- Vacuuming dry dust up to dust class ST1, as well as direct extraction at small processing and work machines
