ALMiG Gear 132 Screw Compressor

The screw compressors of the GEAR series are particularly suitable for applications with very high compressed air demand.

The low-maintenance and service-friendly drive concept of the GEAR compressors includes a robust drive motor with ample performance reserves. The highly efficient gearbox operates with minimal slip, providing high operational reliability, and—thanks to an efficiency rating above 98%—delivers almost lossless power transmission, protecting the drive unit. In addition, highly efficient separation of the cooling medium ensures a residual oil content as low as 2–3 mg/m³.

Due to the encapsulated gearbox assembly, these units are well suited for operation under the harshest conditions.
