Extended cutting height for one-sided tilting
This option is equipped for one-sided tilting with a large extraction hood for a maximum saw blade diameter of 550 mm and a maximum blade projection of 204 mm. In combination with a scoring unit, the maximum saw blade diameter is 500 mm and the cutting height is 179 mm. Only available in conjunction with at least 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) drive power.

2-axis scoring unit for tilting
With electrically operated height and lateral adjustment, programmable scorer blade height with rapid lowering and raising, drive motor 0.75 kW (1 HP), 8200 rpm. Retrofitting only possible on machines prepared for a scoring unit.

LED lighting
With energy-efficient LED technology, the risk area of the scorer is clearly marked.

The Altendorf double roller carriage is renowned for its smooth running and precise movement. It can be locked at any position without steps. The large double rollers, precisely manufactured from hardened steel, keep the upper carriage perfectly aligned with the lower carriage via the hard-chrome-plated guide rails. This running quality is maintained even after decades of use and exposure to dirt. The carriage construction features a highly torsion- and form-resistant multi-chamber design. The table surface is precision-planed and anodized. A hard-chrome-plated round bar, form-fitted into the upper carriage, serves as the mount for the cross-slide and as the interface for various accessories. The entire unit requires minimal maintenance and no lubrication.

On/off switch on the double roller carriage
The on/off switch on the double roller carriage is always within reach. With four buttons, both the main saw blade and the scorer can be switched on and off. This saves walking and increases safety.

Angle-mitre fence for crosscuts up to 3,500 mm
This patented ALTENDORF fence with integrated length compensation facilitates precise cutting of angles and mitres in a single operation. In both positions, the swing angle is infinitely adjustable by up to 49° and is shown on a measuring scale. The backlash-free and robust flip stops can be easily moved and individually set over the entire range up to a maximum of 3,500 mm.
