Popis
With a single-sided tilting saw unit, tilting range: 0-46°; equipped with a quick-change system for the main saw blade, motorized height and tilt adjustment for the main saw blade. Motorized height and tilt adjustment and a maximum saw blade protrusion of 154 mm. The control panel is at eye level, allowing you to set blade height and tilt, and—depending on your control package selection—access speed and other functions. The Altendorf double roller carriage is renowned for its smooth operation and precise running. It can be locked steplessly in any position. The large double rollers keep the upper carriage precisely aligned with the lower carriage via the respective guide rods. This running quality is retained even after decades of use and under dirty conditions. The multi-chamber construction of the carriage ensures extremely high torsional and shape rigidity. Additionally, a front support roller with a width of 300 mm is included.
HAND GUARD single-sided tilting: The HAND GUARD system is based on early detection of a hazardous situation, thus protecting the operator from injury and functioning in any working situation. The camera-based system detects hands and, thanks to its artificial intelligence, can predict their path in advance. Different zones, ranging from safe to system activation, visually warn the operator via an LED light strip if a hazard may be imminent. If the hazard persists or a hand moves directly toward the rotating saw blade, the blade is rapidly lowered—without causing harm to the operator, the machine, or the material. Hand Guard supports processing all materials approved for sliding table saws—such as damp timber, aluminum, and plastics. It cannot be deactivated by default and functions continuously. With the single-sided tilting machine, saw blades up to 500 mm in diameter can be fully lowered beneath the worktable. The use of any approved, available, or used tools is possible—no special requirements.
