Fully automatic powder filling system featuring dual auger filling unit and straight can transport. Functions include: automatic container feed, precise positioning, container lifting, vibration, filling, weight feedback, sorting, and container discharge. Equipped with PLC control, precision servo system, dosing technology utilizing auger dosing screw and load cell feedback, and removable glass cover. Includes Wi-Fi functionality, remote control, and data download system. Easy to clean; conveyor platform and recycling hopper are movable. Components: SIEMENS PLC, SCHNEIDER servo motor and inverter, AIRTAC pneumatic components, HBM (Germany) weighing sensor. Two packaging modes: high speed or high accuracy.
