AMTEC HFFS CS50-L FSP

Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular or irregular shapes and a corner spout. Particularly suitable for large stand-up pouches. Integration of liquid and paste fillers is possible. One pouch is processed per production step. By default, the machine is equipped with one dosing unit and one filling hopper. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a second dosing unit and a second filling hopper, enabling either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thus increasing production speed (especially relevant for viscous products).

Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menus available in multiple languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), temperature control.
- Specifications: Pouch sizes (min.-max.): L (180-320) x W (110-240) mm; max. filling capacity: 2000ml; max. machine cycle (idle): 50 cycles/minute; 11kW; 21m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)7900 x (W)1250 x (H)1550mm; weight: 3000kg. All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). Dosing units and/or other additional optional modules (e.g. outfeed conveyor or similar) pictured are optional extras and shown for illustration only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films, with the requirement that the selected films must have print marks. We will gladly test and confirm compatibility by sample testing.

The machine/system is also available in other versions for different packaging sizes and speeds.
