Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic forming, filling, and sealing of Doypacks (stand-up pouches) with regular or irregular shapes and a corner screw cap. Particularly suitable for medium-scale production and integrable with liquid or paste fillers. One pouch is processed per production cycle. By default, the machine includes one dosing unit and a corresponding filling hopper. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second filling hopper, enabling the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling process, thereby increasing production speed—especially relevant for viscous products. Main components: PLC, touchscreen control panel (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control.

All product-contact parts are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional modules (e.g. discharge conveyor or similar) shown in the machine photo are optional extras and are for illustration purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide range of composite films, provided the films have print registration marks. We will gladly check and confirm compatibility based on sample materials.

The machine/system is also available in other versions for various package sizes and packaging speeds.
