Horizontal packaging machine for the automatic production, filling and sealing of doypacks (stand-up pouches) in both regular and irregular shapes, with hanging holes and a rotary closure at the top. Especially suitable for medium-sized stand-up pouches. Integration of liquid or paste fillers is possible. The machine processes one pouch per production cycle. As standard, one dosing unit and one feed hopper are installed. It is possible to equip the machine with an additional dosing unit and a second feed hopper, allowing either the processing of two different materials or splitting the filling operation, which can increase production speed (relevant, for example, for viscous products). Main components: PLC, touchscreen operation monitor (menu available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), temperature control. – Specifications: pouch sizes (min.–max.): L(110–260)xW(90–180)mm; max. filling capacity: 1000ml; max. machine idle cycle rate: 50 cycles/minute; 8kW; 15m³/h; machine dimensions: (L)5700x(W)1100x(H)1500mm; weight: 2200kg. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel (SS304). The dosing units and/or additional add-on modules (e.g. outfeed conveyor, etc.) shown in the machine photo are optional extras not included in this offer, shown for illustrative purposes only. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of laminated films; however, these films must have printed registration marks. We will gladly test and confirm the compatibility based on your sample material.

The machine/system is also available in additional versions for various packaging sizes and speeds.
