Sample system for filling wet cabbage salads such as sauerkraut and red cabbage into pre-made pouches, including vacuum sealing of the bags. The volumetric dosing station is designed as a rotary system, featuring a piston cylinder that presses the product into the pouch. Afterwards, the filled pouches are transferred to the rotating vacuum and sealing station. Ten individual chamber vacuum sealers—particularly suitable for products with high liquid content—ensure excellent vacuum results. Thermal transfer printer and product feed unit included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen. Suitable for a wide range of pouch types, such as composite and single-layer aluminum, PE, BOPP and PP films, paper, etc.
