Filling and capping machine for filling liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (doypacks) with spout and screw cap. The rotary machine is specifically designed for filling all types of liquids, such as water, juices, sauces like soy sauce, salad dressings, tomato sauce, or higher viscosity liquids like BBQ sauces, honey, and even viscous products such as peanut butter, fruit jam, or nut-nougat cream. The filling and capping machine is equipped with six filling heads for liquid dosing and six heads each for positioning and closing the spout caps. The production process is fully automated, from pouch feeding, filling, cleaning the spouts, feeding caps via elevator, capping, to discharging the finished products. Precise fill volumes are ensured through continuous liquid level control. PLC control system and touchscreen operator panel (menu available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.). CIP system and UV sterilization lamp included.
