Filling and capping machine for filling liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with spout and screw cap. Suitable for pre-made stand-up pouches with a side spout (corner spout) or top spout. The rotary machine is equipped with two filling heads for dosing liquids, as well as two heads each for positioning and capping the spout caps. Additional features include: cap feed elevator, external CIP (Clean-in-Place) cleaning module, and integrated air cleaning system for the interior. Electronic components by Schneider and Omron, PLC and touchscreen by SIEMENS, pneumatic components by AIRTAC.
