Complete large vertical filling system for pre-made pouches. - Weight range: 50–2,000 g; max. machine cycle speed in idle: 30 cycles/minute. The system includes product feed, automatic weighing unit, conveyor belt, and sealing OR sewing module. Suitable for granular products such as seeds, pet food, etc. The pre-made pouches are manually inserted into the pneumatic clamp holder. The product is dispensed by weight and filled into the pouch. The filled pouch is transported by conveyor belt to the sealing or sewing machine. - Platform as well as infeed/outfeed dimensions can be customized: specifications depend on the final layout/construction of the complete system.

The machine/system is also available in other configurations for various packaging sizes and speeds.
