AMTEC VFFS-SYS AF 50-M ECO

Complete vertical packaging system including auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging powdered products with high or low flow properties. The vertical form fill seal machine (VFFS) comes equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operator panel, available in multiple languages such as English, German, etc.), date coder, automatic program setup, print mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double transport function available, air extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing—no vacuum is created), support device for heavy finished bags, Euro slot punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE sealing unit available at extra cost if required).

- Screw conveyor for automatic material transfer to the dosing unit. Vibration motor ensures constant product flow. Feed hopper with up to 150-liter capacity. Size depends on final customer-specific system. Specifications: Hopper, conveyor length and angle can be adapted to customer/product-specific requirements. Overall dimensions will vary accordingly.
