Compact vertical packaging system for flat bags with back seam, including a dosing unit for granulates. The dosing unit can be customized to customer requirements, e.g., a counting unit for dosing tablets/tabs/capsules. Suitable for laminated BOPP/PE films. PLC and 7" touchscreen, stainless steel construction (SS304 – SS316 optional). Self-diagnostic functions, PID temperature controller, electronic components from SCHNEIDER or OMRON, fast and smooth film transport via motorized feed control, pneumatic components from AIRTAC. – Specifications: max. machine cycle rate (idle): 70 cycles/minute; bag dimensions: L(10-180)xW(40-140)mm; max. film width: 300mm; suitable film thickness: 40-90µm; 3.2kW, 220V; machine dimensions: L1500xW920xH1800mm; weight: 300kg.
