Sample system for counting and packaging small metal products or hardware items in flat bags with a longitudinal back seam. The weighing and counting system with a vertical form-fill-seal machine is suitable for small metal products such as nails, screws, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. The iron and metal products are conveyed to the weighing and counting system via a magnetic conveyor belt and are then packaged in flat bags. – Specifications of the weighing-counting-packaging system: max. machine cycle rate (idle): 8 cycles/minute; bag dimensions: max. L200xW300mm; power supply: approx. 2kW, 220V; compressed air: 0.2m³/min, 6-8bar. The system can be extended to count and package different products in one bag. The stated specifications refer to the sample packaging system. The final machine dimensions and total price depend, among other factors, on the required packing speed, the products to be packaged, and the bag size.
