AMTEC VFFS-SYS MHW 45-XL ECO

Complete version of the vertical packaging system with 10-head multihead weigher (2.5 l/head), Z-type bucket elevator, working platform, discharge conveyor, and rotary collection table for finished, packed products. Suitable for packaging irregular bulk goods such as potato chips, cornflakes, biscuits, nuts, candies, shrimp, and industrial components or products including screws, nails, metal or plastic parts. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following features: PLC (touchscreen operator panel, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, print mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual transport capability, air discharge/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – does not generate vacuum), heavy-bag holder, Euro slot punch unit, suitable for OPP and PE films (PE unit may incur additional costs).

The weighing unit, with its 10 weighing heads (2.5l/head), provides high weighing accuracy. Also fitted with a PLC, operation via touchscreen (multi-language support), up to 99 pre-set/saved programs, the servo motor (feed head) can be adjusted/adapted for different product types.
