AMTEC VFFS-SYS VC 50-L ECO

Complete version of the vertical packaging system with volumetric dosing unit, 1 cup, single-vessel conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging granulate-type products such as sugar, rice, nuts, etc. The vertical form fill seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen control monitor available in various languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), date coder, automatic program setup, mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual transport function possible, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – no vacuum is created), holder for heavy finished bags, Eurohole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit available at additional cost if required).

Specifications of the VFFS packaging machine: Filling range: up to 3000ml; film width: max. 520mm; bag size min-max: L(80-400)xW(80-250)mm; maximum cycle rate in idle: 50 cycles/minute; stainless steel 304; 220V, 4kW; 6 bar, 0.3 m³/min; machine dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 1150x1790x1650mm; weight: 600kg. The dosing cup has a filling capacity of up to 50L. The single-vessel conveyor also has a filling capacity of up to 50L. The vessel is manually filled at the bottom position and automatically emptied at the top (complete cycle: 1 minute).
