Complete example system for water bottling up to 3,000 cycles/hour. Includes blow molding machine (blow molder with 4 blowing stations, air drying system, compressed air compressor, cooling), table for bottle feed, automatic rinsing/filling/capping machine, cap feeding unit, inspection box with lamp, drying device, automatic shrink labeling machine, inkjet coder, automatic wrapping machine, and conveying system. - Production flow: Bottle blowing > bottle rinsing > bottle filling > bottle capping > lamp inspection > shrink labeling > thermal shrinking > inkjet coding > packaging. - Specifications: 3,000 cycles/hour (at 500 ml each); bottle volume: 350-1,500 ml; PET bottles; standard 28/30 mm PET caps; 1,500 liters of water filled per hour; 500 liters of rinsing water consumed per hour; gravity filling; 24 bottles per multipack. The exact specifications depend on the final layout and the customer-specific combination of machines and modules.
