PAFIX Thread Cutting Head for CNC Machines
 The PAFIX CNC head was specially developed for all machines with programmable forward and reverse motion to the tool holder (turret, spindle, etc.).
It is extremely compact and features a positive-locking disengagement clutch that can be set to three different extraction lengths if required.
 The head can be set for two different programmed threading cycles as follows. Both cycles provide a certain amount of pitch compensation (float).
To ensure error-free thread cutting with precise start point and precise thread depth or length, no spring-loaded thread pitch adjustment or slip clutch for overload protection is used. The PAFIX CNC allows for quick changeover from the thread cutting head to the cutting head. Simply unscrew the clamping nut and replace with the cutting head housing.
