PAFIX Thread Cutting Head for CNC Machines
 The PAFIX CNC head is specially developed for all machines with programmable forward and reverse movement to the tool holder (turret, spindle, etc.).
It is extremely compact and equipped with a positive-fit release coupling that can be set to three different extraction lengths if needed.
 The head can be adjusted to two different programmed thread cutting cycles. Both cycles provide a certain pitch compensation (float).
To ensure error-free threading with a precise starting point and accurate thread depth or length, spring-loaded pitch setting and overload slip clutches have been omitted. The PAFIX CNC allows rapid changeover from the thread cutting head to the cutting head. Simply unscrew the clamping nut and replace it with the cutting head housing.
