The FM-200 drum mixer is equipped with a modern frequency inverter control (FU) and timer function, making it ideal for industrial applications. The machine features stepless speed adjustment in a range from approx. 6 to 26 rpm, allowing different mixing processes to be optimally adapted. The integrated timer enables precise setting of the operating duration; after the preset time (up to a maximum of 99 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds) the machine stops automatically.

Control is via reliable Siemens technology, installed in a robust Rittal control cabinet. For added safety, a brake motor securely fixes the drum holder during loading. This can be released via a button in the handling area to allow manual rotation if required.

Further features include an emergency stop switch and electronic monitoring of the safety enclosure with automatic machine shut-off. The machine is supplied ready for connection with a 5-metre power cable including a 16A CEE plug.

A particularly practical feature is the integrated steel drip tray with a capacity of approx. 220 litres. It is designed so it can be moved together with the guard enclosure under the machine when repositioning, freeing up the handling area. The machine is forklift-capable and can be easily transported and loaded.

A major advantage of this machine is its flexibility: Different collets are available from the manufacturer, so that - in addition to the currently installed holder for a 200-litre bung drum - other container sizes can also be processed without difficulty.

Manufacturing is according to the latest state-of-the-art standards, using exclusively European components and with high-quality "Made in Germany" workmanship. Full documentation and a declaration of CE conformity are available.
