Description:
These precision instruments for dissolved CO₂ provide reliable quality control of finished packages and containers, as well as directly from the process line or tank. They ensure fast and accurate determination of dissolved carbon dioxide in beverages during production and bottling. In combination with our filling devices, samples can be taken directly from the package into the measuring chamber of the dissolved CO₂ analyzer without loss of dissolved CO₂ during the sample transfer.

The PFD filling system transfers your sample directly from closed containers—whether can or bottle—into the measuring chamber of the device. Since the seal is made before piercing, no carbon dioxide is lost during sample transfer, making PFD and PFD Plus ideal filling systems for CO₂/O₂ analyzers and packaged beverage analyzers.
