Cap Applicator AK 400 for KEG Barrels

The cap applicator allows both snap caps for triangular fittings or Key Keg, as well as snap caps for flat fittings, to be applied to barrels of varying diameters. First, the caps are transported from the storage hopper into the sorting drum. With the aid of pneumatic pressure, the caps are correctly oriented and fed into the feed rail with electronic quantity monitoring. The barrel is centered by a parallel gripper for cap application. The cap is automatically transferred to the application head, positioned on the fitting, and applied.
