ATOM FlashCut 26B All-in-One

We are selling our Atom FlashCut 26B All-in-One, a fully automated cutting table system including a high-quality compressor from Puska (in operation for 4 years).

With a usable work area of 2,900 x 2,600 mm, a cutting window of 2,540 x 850 mm, and a separate unloading area of 1,200 x 2,600 mm, the FlashCut 26B offers optimal conditions for efficient workflows. The maximum cutting height of 20 mm allows for processing a wide variety of materials – including multi-layer applications.

Two independently operating tool heads ensure high speed and maximum productivity. Servo drives on the X-, Y-, and Z-axes guarantee precise movement, with a traverse speed of up to 80 m/min and acceleration of 1G.

Intelligent material handling & vacuum technology

A continuous conveyor belt transports the material steadily into the processing zone. The vacuum table is divided into 300 x 300 mm segments, enabling targeted activation of individual zones. This allows the material to be securely fixed in place while minimizing energy consumption.
Two powerful frequency-controlled vacuum pumps (3–15 kW) automatically adjust their output to the actual demand. The result: secure material fixation with energy-efficient operation.

Precision through camera and projection technology

For maximum material utilization, the system features two cameras with integrated lighting and dimmer for detecting irregular material contours – for example, in leather hides. Defect zones can be digitally marked and considered further in processing.

Two high-performance projectors support automatic nesting by projecting cutting contours directly onto the material. Additionally, article numbers, sizes, or other markings can be projected onto the cut parts – ideal for process reliability and traceability.

Powerful CNC control & software

The system is equipped with a modern CNC controller, including a TFT color display, keyboard, and USB interface. An integrated computer with Windows Embedded, Ethernet connectivity, and TeamViewer support enables simple operation and remote maintenance.

The software package includes:

- DXF converter for reading and converting CAD files
- Interactive layout software
- Automatic nesting software
- CAD module for creating simple geometries

Optionally, the Luxury Nest Strategy expands the system with a specially developed nesting logic for optimizing leather cutting. This takes into account quality zones, defect areas, and defined rotation and grouping rules to achieve maximum material yield.

Versatile tool configuration

The FlashCut 26B comes with a multi-tool head as standard. The standard equipment includes, among others:

- Drag knife
- Hollow punches (various diameters)
- Marking tool
- Tracing needle
- Laser pointer
- Knife holder and ejector

This makes the system flexible for cutting, marking, and perforating operations.

Safety & reliability

A safety system with light barriers and emergency stop switch ensures maximum operational safety. The machine is manufactured in compliance with CE standards and is designed for continuous industrial use.
