The cartons are taken from the outfeed conveyor of the folding box machine, manually stacked, and pushed onto the infeed conveyor of the US-2000 TRC 900. Within the system, the stack is precisely aligned three times using side guides and a front stop, then pressed and banded. For the second banding process, the front stop automatically moves to the next position, which can be set via the display. A servo-driven conveyor motor allows for individually adjustable strap tension, ensuring edge-protecting banding of high-quality carton stacks. Throughput of up to 22 stacks per minute.
