Raw material (laminated logs) is placed on the cross conveyor by the operator. The cross conveyor automatically transfers the workpieces to the infeed table via a level displacement mechanism.

Main milling unit for production of log cabin corner joints by profiled milling on all four sides of the laminated log in a single clamping operation. Machining is performed by two milling units from the rear and two from below, each guided on a horizontal and vertical feed support.

The system consists of 4 additional NC-controlled SERVO axes for automatic positioning of 4F tooling milling depths. Input and parameterization is done entirely via the IITO control software. Full control of all movements enables additional machining possibilities:
- Individual grooves and millings on all four component sides
- Cut-outs or markings for window and door openings
- Two-sided custom millings on the workpiece sides
- Three-sided custom joints
- Half corner joints for upper/lower logs or for beam layers
