The AULUMA AUTAX sharpening machine is a semi-automatic grinding device, enabling all standard double-blade and conventional knife blades to be resharpened quickly and efficiently to the highest quality.

Versatile adjustment with steplessly selectable grinding angle

This allows grinding of all common knife types. The blade is securely clamped and does not need to be repositioned. The grinding angles for two blades can be preselected and changed using a quick-change lever. Angles can be easily read off by calibrated scales. Grinding depth is also steplessly adjustable.

Includes high-quality BOSCH angle grinder and special grinding disc
The angle grinder with variable speed ensures optimal grinding results, allowing blades to be sharpened right to the inner edge. The specially designed ceramic grinding disc prevents blade overheating and thus maintains material hardness.

Manual angle adjustment and repositioning – automatic grinding process
Angles are set manually, after which the machine uses an optical sensor to locate the first blade. The sharpening process proceeds automatically. When the set blade length has been ground, the machine switches off automatically and the carriage is manually repositioned. The reverse sides of the blades are then sharpened automatically.

Backlash-free operation due to ball-bearing special rollers
Thanks to its specially engineered and robust design, there is virtually no wear. The rollers and guides are electroplated for corrosion resistance and perfectly matched – ensuring smooth, precise, and backlash-free movement.
