HYDRAULIC VERTICAL BALER MG 50 TVE

Hydraulic vertical baler model MG 50 T.V.E. 1200x1100x3500h, designed for compacting and baling soft waste materials such as glass wool mats or similar.

The MG 50 T.V.E. features a fully enclosed compaction chamber, with both the material loading door and bale ejection door operable. The electrical control panel is mounted on the side with integrated controls, complete with a 10-meter extension cable for remote placement. The pressing plate is driven by a single-cylinder with a 2700 mm stroke, guided by four lateral sliding rails. Material is loaded from the front.

The compaction cycle (lowering and raising of the press) is automatic and activated via push button.
- For transport, the machine is supplied in three parts: one 2000 mm high, one approximately 2300 mm (the cylinder), to be assembled on site.
- Bale tying is preset, performed with doors open and manually tied. Thanks to slots at the rear of the chamber, the bale can be tied with standard pre-cut wire or PET strapping.
- Bale extraction is performed by forklift, with purpose-built channels at the base allowing fork insertion.
- The bale ejection door closes via handwheel, ensuring safe opening even with highly elastic materials. A microswitch ensures the door is securely closed before pressing. The upper door features a hydraulic lever lock with integrated controls.
- The machine can be positioned flush against a wall, requiring only front clearance for material loading and bale ejection.
- The hydraulic circuit includes a safety block valve to prevent accidental lowering of the pressing plate.
- The machine must be anchored to the floor. It is placed above a washing liquid collection tray.
