Remarks:
The machine was serviced and partially overhauled in our workshop. The following tasks were performed and parts replaced:

• Disassembly of the press ram, breakdown into individual parts, overhaul of the mechanism, replacement of the following plastic wear plates and rails:
o Plastic wear rails left/right under the press ram
o Plastic wear rails left/right above the press ram
o Central plastic main wear plate (support plate) under the press ram
• Steel guide rails left/right at the top of the frame replaced
• Complete base plate replaced (in four sections), made of wear-resistant HARDOX steel
• Wire feed rails in the press base newly welded and smoothed
• Counter knife assembly (two-part) in the frame replaced
• Knife gap adjusted to approx. 2.5 mm
• Disassembly of the tying and twisting unit, breakdown into individual parts, overhaul of the mechanism, replacement of all groove ball bearings and axial ball bearings of the twisting shafts, wire cutters cleaned and re-aligned, chains lubricated and tensioned
• Carrier roller in front of the twisting shafts replaced
• All hydraulic hoses replaced
• Oil and air filters replaced
• Main hydraulic cylinder checked for leaks
• The hydraulic oil is only one year old, chemically analyzed, in good condition and therefore has not been replaced and can continue to be used
• General maintenance performed

Afterwards, the baler was subjected to a machine test in manual and automatic mode (see video of machine function test).
