The NOVA-3 tenoning machine enables the simultaneous production of two rounded tenons of different sizes and angles on both ends of a solid wood workpiece.

Thanks to its innovative technology, the NOVA-3 is the market-leading double-sided tenoning machine.

ROBUST MECHANICS
Torsion-resistant, stress-relieved welded steel construction, large-scale machining units with supports and sliding carriages made of cast iron, absolutely vibration-free. The mechanical design is optimized for high operational safety at maximum production output, featuring 3 kW milling motors.

USER-FRIENDLINESS
Short setup times are possible due to the new swivel system of the machining units, which maintains the tool position constant whether swiveling around the vertical or horizontal axis. This means the center of rotation always matches the tool position. Even when the angle is changed, the shoulder length of workpieces remains identical.

The NOVA-3 is an exceptionally versatile machining unit. Its large, reliable mechanical components, mature unit design, and innovative swivel system allow precise processing of both short, heavily deformed workpieces and large components requiring substantial material removal. The machine's robust structure and powerful motors are decisive factors for the latter. Flexibility is further enhanced by the range of feed magazine options; customers can choose between the ADR or APPC automatic loaders according to requirements. Workpieces are loaded relative to suitable reference points.

Machined parts are discharged beneath the machine, making it easy for the operator to collect them, transfer them to a conveyor, or place them in a container—no manual intervention is required apart from restocking the magazine.
