With the tenoning machine NOVA-3, two rounded tenons of different sizes and angles can be simultaneously produced on both ends of a solid wood workpiece. The innovative technology of the NOVA-3 makes it the leading double-sided tenoning machine on the market.

ROBUST MECHANICS
Torsion-free, stress-relieved annealed welded steel frame, large-scale machining units with carriers and slides made of cast iron, absolutely vibration-free. The mechanics are designed for high operational safety at maximum production output. 3 kW milling motors.

USER-FRIENDLINESS
Short setup times are enabled by the new swivelling system of the machining units, where the position of the tools remains constant during swivelling around both the vertical and horizontal axes. That means the swivel point always corresponds to the tool position. Even when changing the inclination, the tenon shoulder length of the workpieces remains the same.

FLEXIBILITY
The NOVA-3 is an exceptionally versatile processing machine. Thanks to the large, reliable mechanical components, advanced design of the machining units and the innovative swivelling system, both very short, heavily warped workpieces and large parts requiring heavy-duty machining can be processed with precision. For the latter, the robust machine structure and motor power are crucial factors. Flexibility is further enhanced by the range of feed magazines available; the customer can equip the machine with the ADR or APPC automatic loader depending on their requirements. Loading of workpieces is done from appropriate reference points.

The machined parts exit at the underside of the machine, allowing the operator to easily collect them, transfer them to a conveyor belt, or deposit them in a container. No manual intervention is required for part removal; the operator simply needs to keep the magazine loaded.
