Single-lane roller track with conveyor system extension RTS Compact
Installation of an additional free-standing roller track as well as roller conveyor and lifting unit for supporting large workpieces. Using adjustable pivot points, the panels are rotated after transfer and conveyed almost straight over the return conveyor. Pneumatically controlled top pressure.
Workpiece lengths: 300 – 2400 mm
Workpiece widths: 200 – 800 mm
Panel thickness: 8 – 35 mm (panels must be self-supporting)

These part sizes are recommendations by Barbaric. Parts deviating from these dimensions may not function and can cause problems. Increasing the panel length for end-edge banding may lead to a risk of crushing at system parts as well as at objects or building columns present on site.
