• Base frame: One-piece, electro-welded steel frame with high structural rigidity. Designed to absorb vibrations and maintain alignment of the pressure rollers.
• Conveying system: Motorized, rubber-coated conveyor wheels with inverter-controlled speed, ensuring precise synchronization between adhesive application and profile feed.
• Press/calender section: Universal supports and multiple pressure rollers with different shapes and hardness levels, suitable for complex profile geometries.
• System type: Slot-die extrusion system with adjustable lips.
