Illuminated discharge zone for quality control.
Three washing zones, each with its own water tank:
- The first tank for brush pair No. 1 is electrically heated and filled with detergent/water mixture.
- The second tank for brush pair No. 2 uses cold water for rinsing.
- The third tank serves washing zone 3, with spray nozzles for a purified water rinse.

This is followed by a drying zone featuring air nozzles supplied by a fan.
The machine is designed for glass up to 1600 mm in height but is open at the top, allowing for the processing of taller glass panels.
Maximum glass thickness: 20 mm

Feed-in zone length: 1,400 mm
Machine length: 1,820 mm
Discharge zone length: 2,000 mm

Automatic stop of feed rollers when the glass reaches the end of the discharge zone.

Operating manual, spare parts list, and electrical schematic are included.

The machine has been regularly serviced and is fully operational; scheduled for dismantling in weeks 31/32 of 2025.
