Technical Data MOBIL Type 2500 (Type 3000):

> Heavy-duty frame welded construction made of rectangular hollow sections, with stop and straight edge guide, suitable for solid wood, veneer, and plastic edging.

> Integrated electric heating rod made of durable aluminum alloy, cross-section 64 x 46 mm, adjustable from 50 - 248°C, output 1200 (1450) watts.

> 4 (6) clamping and pressing units, each guided by 7 ball bearings. Each pressing unit has one clamping and one pressing cylinder. Edgebanding width adjustable via the adjustable straight edge guide from 12 - 105 mm. Edgebanding thickness for solid edges up to 50 mm.

> Adjustable counter-stops for precise edge overhang.

> The clamping cylinders and counter-stops are fitted with rubber pads. The stop and straight edge guide are coated with a special adhesive-repellent material.

> The pneumatic press units can always be actuated separately in pairs, with one switch for 'clamping workpiece' and one switch for 'pressing'.

> Press is mobile with 4 swivel castors, 2 of which have brakes.
