Double Scissor Lift Table Type TMH 6000 *Special Construction

Beck lift tables bear the CE mark. They are manufactured according to applicable regulations for lift tables and comply with the Machinery Directive as well as EN 1570.

All steel parts are cleaned, primed with anti-corrosion primer, and finished with a two-component polyurethane topcoat.

Base frame and platform in blue RAL 5015, scissors in orange RAL 2003. This ensures a robust and durable surface treatment.

With the new power units, the system’s pipe rupture valve has been modified. A new 3/2 valve, in combination with the solenoid valve, now ensures safety according to EN 1570. The valves are mounted on the cylinder, not on the power unit.

Furthermore, the lowering time is fixed and not adjustable. A different lowering speed can be supplied at no extra cost. An adjustable lowering time is also available for a surcharge.

The tables are designed for a power connection of 3 x 400/50Hz + protective earth, without neutral conductor. The control box is mounted directly on the motor. The control voltage for all functions is 24 V DC. Both the switch box with control board and the operating unit comply with protection class IP 65, the table as a whole with IP 54.

All motors operate at 1400 rpm, ensuring a long service life and low noise levels of the hydraulic system. All tables meet the current noise protection regulations and operate from 52 dBA.
