Design and construction of the “WTG-1”

The WTG is powered by a robust 500-watt motor.
The slide carriage utilizes a dust-protected, high-precision, ball-bearing profile rail guide, as used thousands of times in machine tools, industrial robots, and precision special machines.
The stepless feed for grinding is precisely controlled via a self-locking dovetail mechanism.
Tool clamping is secure and stable using a parallel clamping system.
