Function
The output voltage, which can be continuously adjusted by hand using a rotary knob, is fed directly to the excitation coils of the test core. This is intended to generate the most homogeneous electromagnetic field possible in the air gap of the test core, allowing core materials inserted into the air gap to be characterized.
Basic operation of the core test system is carried out via the control and display elements located on the front panel of the test cart.
