Engine Oil Change Hand Pump from 700 kVA
Hand pump for draining the engine oil sump.
Engine pre-heater electric 1000W up to 700 kVA per 1 unit.
The preheated coolant circulates in the primary cooling circuit of the engine by convection. Connected to the engine’s internal cooling circuit with flexible coolant hoses, equipped with shut-off valves for isolation during maintenance.
Coolant Circulation Pump ensures reliable preheating of the engine.

Walls and ceiling made of corrugated steel sheet. Derusting and cleaning by sandblasting the weld construction. The container is coated inside and outside with seawater-resistant primers and paints.

40" HC High Cube Soundproofed Container
Container ISO 1496-1 for generator sets, external dimensions as per ISO 668. Wall and roof areas are insulated with self-extinguishing, oil- and water-resistant sound insulation material and clad with fiberglass and galvanized and coated perforated sheet metal cassettes. The exhaust silencer is housed in a separate compartment inside the container. Radiant heat is safely discharged vertically with the cooling airflow of the front-mounted radiator. The fresh air inlets are integrated into the wall surfaces, the exhaust vent is in the roof.

The exhaust outlet of the silencer is protected from water ingress by an exhaust flap. One end face is equipped with a double-wing door with all-round sealing and serves as an inspection opening. Side personnel doors with emergency release and all-round sealing provide access for maintenance work.

The silencer and exhaust compartment also has an access door. The unit is operated from outside.
The control system and display instruments can be viewed through a viewing window even when the control panel door is closed.
The emergency stop button is protected against damage, mounted in a recessed housing niche.
Cabling can be routed from the side or through the container floor. The floor opening is prepared for annular space seals DN 150.
