BHK-TECH MW50-2V Microwave System

System and Function Description

Microwave system consisting of two MW50 V microwave modules, one internal roller conveyor, and two external roller conveyors.

The main microwave chamber is constructed from 3 mm stainless steel sheet and features permanently mounted control cabinet segments along its length. The high-frequency components are installed within these segments, protected by mechanically and electrically secured covers.

The roller conveyor system for palette transport within the unit is designed with microwave shielding.

The microwave system is equipped with a total of 32 magnetrons, which deliver energy directly into the interior chamber.

This technology ensures an even distribution of energy throughout the chamber.

The magnetrons can only be activated when the door is closed and pressed shut.

Microwave leakage is prevented by a professional-grade door sealing system.

Any resulting vapors are extracted by two exhaust fans with a total airflow capacity of 17,000 m³/h (free-blowing).

The required cooling for the high-frequency components is provided by the airflow from the exhaust fans, supported by four intake fans (individual airflow capacity approx. 3,500 m³/h).

There is a powered roller conveyor located in front of the machine.

Pallets are manually loaded and unloaded by the customer.

Sensors verify correct pallet placement on the roller conveyor. The process is initiated by a switch on the control panel. The loaded pallet is conveyed into the microwave system and positioned by a light barrier.

Once in position, the doors close and the microwave process is initiated.

After the cycle, the doors open and the pallet is transported to the outfeed roller conveyor.
