Bielomatik Laser Welding System

Machine Description:
The laser unit with integrated cooling for the laser is located in the lower left section of the machine frame.
The tools are mounted on a 2-station rotary table, which rotates 180 degrees at each cycle.
In the center section of the machine frame is the working area with the welding station, tool (on the rotary table), and the hold-down device for the product.
The control cabinet is installed at the rear.
The welding station is equipped with a laser-safe enclosure, separated from the loading/unloading area.
The welding laser (laser supply) is switched off when a maintenance door is opened.
Loading and unloading of welded components is done manually. The welding process is fully automatic.

The cell was used for laser welding various plastic components (front frames).
For components approx. 460 x 280 mm in size.
