Popis
Numerical control with bSolid software. The multi-document software application in the Windows environment enables design of the finished product, definition of its processes, job planning, simulation of machining operations on the 3D machine model, and generation of the required machine programs.
bSolid – 3-axis machining
bSolid – 5-axis machining module for surface processing with 5-axis units and interpolated movement on all 5 available axes (X, Y, Z, C, B). The module includes the following commands:
· Surface assignment for 3D roughing and finishing operations
· Spreading or projecting a path onto a curved surface
· Machining on a plane
· Following 2D or 3D curves with any tool type
bSolid – 3D engraving
bSolid – Import of external formats
Working areas:
X = 5055 mm; Y = 1650 mm (may vary according to configuration)
Z = 200 mm with modules H=74 mm
Z = 245 mm with modules H=29 mm
Workpiece capacity in Y:
* 1650 mm, with thickness up to 60 mm on modules with height 74 mm
* 1600 mm, with thickness over 60 mm on modules with height 74 mm.
10 ATS levels – 40 trolleys.
The setup includes:
• 2 aluminium bars (No. 1 left and No. 1 right) for the lateral stops to slide on.
• 10 aluminium worktables. The tables slide on hardened and ground linear guides with recirculating ball bearings. Locking is carried out via four pneumatic cylinders on both linear guides, front and rear. Control is via a button in front of the working area. The carriages glide on steel guides positioned above the extrusion. Pneumatic locking system, divided into 2 locking zones in X.

Automatic positioning (EPS) for worktables. "EPS" (Electronic Positioning System) device for automatic positioning of worktables and trolleys by CNC, complete with safety locking devices to eliminate possible operator errors.
Rear row stop, with 140 mm stroke
Intermediate row stop, positioned at 405 mm, with 140 mm stroke.
Front row stop, positioned at 1460 mm, with 140 mm stroke
4 side stops with 140 mm stroke (2 right + 2 left) with system
2 additional side stops with 140 mm stroke (1 right + 1 left).
Sensor to check if stops are lowered
12 clamping devices for securing narrow workpieces
6 loading aid bar lifters, for H=74 mm module
Configuration 5A, for Rover B. Configuration for high productivity and flexibility thanks to two operating groups (4- and 5-axis), and the possibility to change tools simultaneously. Includes axes and carriages for movement of main operating groups. Includes 2 frequency inverters. Second Y-axis: provides separation of front and rear Y-carriages with independent drives. Both Y-carriages have a max speed of 118 m/min.
13.2 kW (17.7 HP) electrospindle, HSK F63 interface, air-cooled.
Main features:
• 11 kW (14.7 HP) from 12,000 to 15,000 rpm in S1 duty
• 13.2 kW (17.7 HP) from 12,000 to 15,000 rpm in S6 duty
• Ceramic bearings
• Right-handed and left-handed operation
• Speed from 1,000 to 24,000 rpm, programmable via CNC
• Collet release by pneumatics, guided on prismatic linear rail and ball bearings.
Includes a cover for chip extraction with 6 selectable positions
