We are offering a biomass boiler from the renowned manufacturer Urbas – a top-tier product for the combustion of wet biomass.

Scope of delivery includes:
- Set of electrical cabinets, complete marked wiring
- Set of pumps and valves, sensors and probes, temperature sensors, thermometers, piping, a multicyclone (pre-filter for flue gas), a hydraulic ash removal system from the boiler, hydraulically driven grates, and a hydraulic sluice below the firebox.
- Hydraulic fuel feed with hydraulic pump – approximately 6 meters long, equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system in case of backfire.
- Lambda sensor in the flue.
- Approximately 12 m horizontal flue pipe.
- Set of recirculation fans, one flue gas fan controlled by a furnace vacuum sensor and temperature, circulation pump, three-way valve and shut-off valves.
- Complete documentation of the electrical installation and program description.

Optional at extra cost:
1. Push floor for the fuel storage area, 2 rakes, floor dimensions 3.8 m x 10 m, including hydraulic pump and complete set of hydraulic hoses.
2. Insulated, double-walled stainless steel chimney, 500 mm internal diameter, approximately 15 m high.
3. Complete dismantling
Including opening and closing of the roof, use of crane, loading, as well as photo documentation of the dismantling process.

Price to be discussed. Alternatively, joint dismantling by ATS Maszyny with buyer’s technicians.
