Popis

Blobel spill barrier, single-sided, pivotable

The ideal solution for securing the area around lifts or dock levellers.

The barrier is permanently installed and can be rotated to one side. It is easy to operate, versatile in application, and can be retrofitted from manual to automatic operation.

The pivot and clamping mechanism is fixedly mounted next to the opening to be secured and sealed against the building structure. The barrier body is bolted into the pivot joint and remains in a vertical position next to the opening when not in use. It is secured against unintentional lowering in accordance with accident prevention regulations (UVV).

In case of use, the lock is released, the spill barrier is folded down, and secured in the clamping device. The contact pressure of the clamping lever is adjustable, ensuring a secure seal.

In its basic version, the barrier body is manually folded down; an automatic upgrade is available.

Mountings and barrier bodies are preferably powder-coated in RAL 3020 (traffic red). Other metal parts are galvanized or made of aluminium.

Suitable for crack-free surfaces with minor floor unevenness, e.g. concrete, checker plate and tear plate according to DIN 59220, tiles, stone.
