Brandt KDF 530 C edge banding machine with pre-milling, corner copy, two profile scrapers, and Riepe spraying units.

Operating manual as folder and CD

All indexable inserts for milling units and scrapers have been replaced or rotated, saw blades re-sharpened, pre-milling cutters resharpened, buffing wheels replaced. The machine is therefore ready to use immediately. Only the diamond cutter of the profiling unit has not been replaced, but is still sharp.

Minor paint touch-ups.
Approx. 3,500 operating hours. The machine’s condition speaks for itself. Occasionally the PC restarts during operation (mainly at high ambient temperatures), but this has not been an issue so far; work can continue during this.
