All indexable inserts for milling units and scrapers have been replaced or rotated, saws sharpened, jointing cutters re-sharpened, buffing wheels replaced. The machine is therefore immediately ready for use. Only the carbide cutter of the form milling unit has not been replaced, but it is still sharp.

Minor paint touch-ups have been performed.
Approx. 3500 operating hours. The condition of the machine speaks for itself. Occasionally, the computer restarts while the machine is running (mostly at high ambient temperatures). This has not posed a problem for us, as the machine can continue operating during this process.
