High-flexibility vertical machining center for milling, drilling, and cutting. The BREMA patent for processing.

With its vertical orientation, this machine series represents the most flexible and productive solution at a very high-quality level. Additionally, the automatic return/rotation system for panels enables fully automatic operation.

It is possible to work on all six sides of panels up to a height of 1300 mm.

The programming editor, featuring an advanced software interface, allows easy and intuitive machine programming and additionally provides:

Panel introduction and handling by means of a motorized vertical transfer with rollers and rubber-coated pressure units to secure the panel during processing, featuring a motorized conveyor length of 2000 mm, with electronically adjustable speed via converter. Photocells and the NC program ensure panels can be fed in one after the other using the selector switch.

System for reading panel height, consisting of an independent axis capable of measuring panel height before loading into the machine. Reading tolerance: +/- 0.15 mm. If the tolerance is exceeded, a message is displayed, and operation is halted by both operator and machine.

Horizontal vice – M.O. axis enables the program to determine the thickness of the workpiece.
Vertical vice – M.V. axis enables the program to determine the height dimension of the workpiece.

Chain – X-axis – patented double section with laser photocells that can read the reference zero point before processing.

The double section enables machining at the panel's underside, allowing all six sides to be processed. Brushless motors with speed programmatically controlled via NC.

Drilling unit with independent spindles 7 + 17 x 32 mm
24 independent spindles with 32 mm pitch, arranged as follows:
* 7 spindles aligned along X-axis
* 17 spindles aligned along Y-axis

Unit driven by a high-frequency motor, allowing spindle speed adjustments up to 7000 rpm. The brushless motor allows control of drilling depth and feed rate.
