Basic Equipment VT 651 Exhaust Fan:
Variable operating speed between 2,400 rpm and 3,500 rpm, suitable for the respective application. Powered by the auxiliary engine via the reduction gearbox and fluid coupling. Reduction gearbox ratio: 1.79:1.

Disc Brushes:
Quick-release brush system with infinitely variable speed up to 200 rpm, controlled from the cab.

Suction Nozzle:
Cast aluminum suction mouth with an inlet opening of 250 mm and tool-free adjustment.

Sweeping Roller:
Quick-release brush system with a nominal rotational speed of 160 rpm.

Dust Suppression System:
Spray nozzles for dust suppression at the suction mouth(s), disc brushes, and at the vehicle front. Pressadrain water discharge system.

Electrical System:
24 Volt. All external wiring harness connections are rated to automotive standard IP67.

Controls:
Centrally mounted main control panel in the cab featuring Johnston Video Monitor (JVM), providing information on a wide range of sweeping functions and recorded data download. Up to four optionally available cameras can be monitored on the JVM screen. A separate palm rest control unit includes main sweeping controls and is mounted to the side of the door.

Superstructure and Hood:
The superstructure consists of the debris container and integrated water tank, constructed from high-performance stainless steel plate. The hood is lined with frequency-adapted sound insulation material. The water tank features anti-surge baffles and is filled via a Type 'A' hydrant filling system. A dual, dry-run protected diaphragm pump operates continuously. Watertight rear door with double-lock system and drainage function. Two side access doors on the body. Insertable superstructure floor as a transfer connection for use as a street washer. Rear drainage channel, dual omnidirectional warning lights at the rear protected by wire guards. Automatic, multi-positional superstructure support mechanism and side-mounted storage cabinets are standard features.
