For Clean Components in Continuous Operation

Continuous stainless steel cleaning system with oil separator for in-line material flow. The items to be cleaned pass continuously—or, if required, in cycles—through successive treatment zones. Cleaning is achieved as components are conveyed past the fixed nozzle systems.

Suitable for parts with dimensions of approx. 400 x 100 mm.

A wire loop conveyor belt transports the components, either lying flat or standing, through the cleaning system.

• Surrounding nozzle frame – the staggered nozzle arrangement enables cleaning on all sides
• Separation of treatment zones minimizes cross-contamination
• Adjustable nozzles and nozzle frames tailored to the respective component
• Customization of working dimensions, load capacities, and pump performance possible

The process steps occur in successive treatment zones:
• Spray cleaning – sequential arrangement of various wet treatment zones (washing, degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, passivation)
