The machine frame is a heavy-duty welded construction.

The coolant oil tank is integrated into the machine base.

The cross table is made of cast iron; the guideways are ground and hand-scraped, equipped with adjustable gibs.

The ram is also made of cast iron; the guides are ground and hand-scraped and feature lubrication grooves. The ram can be swiveled +/- 20 degrees.

The stroke is adjustable via a side opening. The tool is positioned at the longitudinal stop. The machine features a mechanical ram drive.

The control unit for the CNC dividing head is integrated in the operator panel. The zero point can be set in any position of the dividing head, with symmetric divisions from 2 to 999 and 99 asymmetric division options.
