The complete CE-compliant overhaul includes:

- Thorough cleaning of the machine bed and all components
- Full regrinding of the central assembly and ram
- Regrinding of lower, upper, and lateral gibs
- Adjustment by scraping of the ram and gibs
- Regrinding of filler pieces and wedge connection
- Manufacture of new keys for gears and drive/release bushings on transmission and extraction shafts
- Complete overhaul of the toggle system, including connecting rod, with replacement of bushings or hard chroming and regrinding of the crankshaft
- Replacement of all bearings on the drive shaft, extraction shaft, crankshaft, wire feed assembly, wire feed drive assembly, and ram
- New die holder
- New prepper and finisher tool holders
- New gripper assembly
- Replacement of square nuts and cutting steady rest
- Disassembly and replacement of rollers and bearings on cutting levers, rotation levers, gripper levers, extraction levers, and wire feed levers
