The Micro GAP 50 DC is ideal for welding tasks requiring precision, high-quality layer formation, and minimal dilution; especially when fully automated welding is not practical or feasible due to small batch sizes or a wide range of applications. The welding units are available with various features. Operation is carried out via push-button selectors and rotary controls on the front display. The Micro GAP 50 DC is designed for manual and semi-automated welding tasks where frequent parameter changes are necessary. All settings are displayed in plain text on the LCD screen. Up to 100 memory locations are available for saving welding parameters. The powerful inverter delivers 33 A at 100% duty cycle, which is sufficient for various microplasma welding applications.
